The naturally spring fed pond with Koi carp, ducks nestling on the banks and white doves cooing in their dovecotes is set in a very rural tranquil setting surrounded by rolling hills and farmland offers total peace and relaxation in the clean fresh air. Converted from traditional stone farm buildings believed to date back to the 18th century, these properties offer a combination of accommodation from spacious yet cosy family homes with ample room for all the family to pursue their interests, with a completely self contained contemporary style studio ideal for couples with a babe in arms. In a beautiful, secluded valley, between Dartmouth and Salcombe in South Devon, our comfortable self catering cottages await you just inland from Slapton Sands, and its well known ley nature reserve.

Set 100 yards off a narrow, high hedged Devon lane, it's surrounded by the soft, undulating countryside and red soiled farmland of the South Hams, Devon. With a combination of accommodation to suit the family or a couple taking a main holiday or a short break. An ideal location to relax in and enjoy South Devon's beaches, unspoilt villages and breath taking country and coastal walks amongst many other attractions and activities.

The small cluster of cottages well spaced out around a central pond have their own character, charmingly decorated to create relaxing living spaces, well heated during off peak season and well equipped including microwave cookers, fridges, freezers, electric cookers and dishwashers in all cottages, also TV, DVD and CD/radio. We provide high quality linen and towels, cots and high chairs.

Valley Springs is an exclusive self catering holiday barn conversion complex with only five cottages around a central pond situated in a rural environment offering total piece and relaxation. Each cottage has it’s own terrace area, furniture and barbeques, there is also a formal garden and central pond which is shared with the other cottages at Valley Springs.
